About the Artist

Maria has been a professional photographer since 1988. Her expertise includes video production, graphic design, visual merchandising as well as black and white photography. Her portrait, still life and scenic shots have featured in a number of exhibitions and commercial displays. After winning several awards, Maria was an invited judge for The Hills Photographic Society competition. She is also a successful solo exhibitor. Maria has travelled extensively throughout Australia and overseas. Her work includes images from Japan, United States, Canada, New Zealand, France and Spain. Maria is also a competent graphic designer. When not in her dark room, Maria is a keen cyclist with Bike North.
